We have the capability to manufacture these rigid-flex printed circuit boards in a variety of layer options varying from 1 layer to 20 layers. These PCBs can be manufactured using single sided (0.050 mm), double sided (0.075 mm), drilling plated through-hole (0.2 mm) methods. The conductor width of these PCBs is 0.025 mm, hole diameter is 0.05, accumulated pitch is 0.05 mm, and outline dimension is 0.05 mm. The insulation resistance of these circuit boards is 1000 MW, and the dielectric strength is 5 KV.

The 6 layer rigid-flex PCB with 2 layer flex PCB that we manufacture undergoes surface treatment with hard gold and ENIG. The width space of these printed circuit boards is 4/4 mil. They have a finish thickness of 0.3 mm (flex), 1.6 mm. You can choose from various solder mask options, which include white, black, blue, green, red, and Taiyo PSR4000 White. We provide these PCBs in various copper thickness, such as 0.5 OZ, 1.0 OZ, 2.0 OZ, 3.0 OZ, up to 6 OZ. The board thicknesses that we can provide are from 0.5 mm ` 3.0 mm (0.02″~0.12″). The silkscreen color can be selected from black, and white. The maximum panel size of these PCBs is 18″ x 24″. We provide surface finishing in immersion gold, HASL, and OSP.
