FR4 is used as the base material for manufacturing these PCBs, owing to its beneficial features, such as resistance to fire, good mechanical strength, and an excellent electrical insulation. Thus, these FR4 rigid PCBs with full body gold surface finish are capable of delivering an exceptional performance for several years, with little or no maintenance required.
The 10 layer FR4 rigid PCBs that we manufacture have a board thickness of 1.6 mm, and a copper thickness of 1 OZ. The minimum hole size of these PCBs is 5 mil, whereas the minimum line width is 4 mil. These PCBs do not have silkscreen, but have a green solder mask. Other solder mask color options include black, white, blue, and red. The aspect ratio of these printed circuit boards is 10:1. Other material options for these printed circuit boards, include Nelco, Getek, PTFE, polyimide, CEM3, halogen-free, Rogers, and Teflon.
